Our shipments are made with TNT courier (from the FedEx Group), with the exception of shipments of less than 2 kg that are sent through the Post Office. Whichever shipping method you choose, a link will be provided for you to track your order online.
Packaging and transit time
All our items are shipped carefully packed, so that you receive them in perfect condition. However, we can not be held responsible for the damage that your package may suffer after shipment since it passes through many hands.
As a general rule, packages are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment.
The transit time of shipments with TNT will depend on the destination, but as a general rule it is 3-5 working days for domestic shipments and 5-7 working days for shipments within the European Union. These terms will be somewhat longer in those cases in which the purchased product has been sold out and we must request it from the factory. For shipments by Correos, delivery times are 5-7 working days in Spain, and 10-15 days in the European Union.
The shipping costs vary depending on different factors, such as the package measurements, its weight, whether it is a national or international shipment, etc. During the purchase process, shipping costs will automatically appear according to a pre-established scale.
Shipping costs include packaging costs as well as postal costs. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply to each individually.
We send our products to any point in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, in addition to the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway (in these three countries the delivery time may be slightly longer depending on customs procedures).
If you wish to request a product from a non-EU country, please contact us and we will inform you of the possibility of carrying it out and, where appropriate, the amount of the freight.
