Product Returns - Right of withdrawal
The user has the possibility to exercise their right of withdrawal on the purchase of products made anywhere within fifteen working days according to the schedule in your area, from reception of order at the delivery address.
Product returns will be accepted when they are in perfect condition, have not been used and keep their original labels and packaging and where appropriate by original documentation and accessory items, also in perfect condition.
If an order can not be delivered because the receiver is absent, the receiver does not collect it at the Post Office and the shipment is returned to us, that order will automatically be canceled and the amount will be refunded to the customer excluding the shipping costs caused.
Dominguez y Bellot SL reserves the right to deny the right to return goods in cases of violation of the provisions of these special conditions.
Way of exercising the right to withdrawal
To proceed with product returns, you must -within fifteen working days from reception of your order-, send by email to the address info@joyeriamenorca.es a statement to that effect indicating the order number affected and the product or products refunded. Then we will contact you to inform you how to return the product (the product will be returned by the same company that delivered it to you).
Every returned product must be in perfect condition, unused and with all labels, packaging and where appropriate by, documentation and original accessories items that come with it.
Except in cases of receiving defective products factory and provided that such defects have not been caused by manipulation or misuse by the user, the shipping charges associated with the return will be exclusively at the expense of the buyer.
Upon receipt of the request to exercise his right of withdrawal by the purchaser and once in possession of the goods subject to refund, Dominguez and Bellot SL shall examine the products received and will contact you to inform you about their conclusions about its application.
Where appropriate, the return of sums paid for the purchase of returned product will be carried out as soon as possible and in any event within thirty days of the request for withdrawal received, subject always to the provisions of these terms and conditions. Also, in such a case, the costs for the return shipping will be borne by the user.
